We bring a professional smoker directly to your event location — whether it's a festival, corporate event, pop-up, or large-scale gathering. We slow-smoke Black Angus brisket, Nordic salmon, and BBQ classics on-site, over real fire. We serve events from 50 to 5000 guests.

What types of events do you cater?

Our three main service formats are: (1) festival and street food market vendor spots, selling directly to end consumers; (2) corporate events and company summer days, catering for company teams; (3) private events and pop-up catering. We're equally experienced with intimate 50-person company dinners and 5000-guest festivals. We also take intimate weddings of up to 30 guests — see the next question.

Do you do weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only intimate ones. We cater weddings and pre- or post-wedding dinners for up to 30 guests in the Private Chef or small grill-catering format, where the fire and the cooking are the centrepiece of the evening. We still do not take classic large wedding catering, and the reason is operational: a classic wedding needs a precise 45-minute service window after the ceremony, while our brisket cut is a 90-minute show. With 15–30 guests around the fire that problem disappears — the cooking IS the entertainment. If you are planning a large wedding on a tight schedule, we will gladly recommend a wedding-specialist caterer.

Do you operate in Finland?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we regularly serve events in Finland, primarily in the Helsinki region. Festivals, corporate events, and pop-ups — our mobile setup moves smoothly between Estonia and Finland. For Finnish events, please request a quote at least 6–8 weeks in advance.

Question 5

What areas of Estonia do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We travel across all of Estonia — from Tallinn to Võru, from Pärnu to Narva. Harjumaa (Viimsi, Tabasalu, Saku, Saue, Keila), Tartumaa, Pärnumaa, the islands, all counties — we come to you. Transport and logistics are our responsibility.

What is Black Angus brisket?

Black Angus is a beef breed known for exceptional marbling and deep flavour — the choice of the world's best steakhouses. Brisket is the hardest cut to master in BBQ: it takes 14–18 hours of low-and-slow smoking to achieve perfect results. The outcome is extraordinarily tender, juicy, smoke-infused meat. It's our signature product.

How much does BBQ catering cost?

Pricing depends on guest count, menu selection, event location, and duration. Request a quote — we respond within 24 hours, free of charge. We always provide a precise quote, not a vague range.

Question 8

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

We take bookings from at least 5 days ahead — that is a minimum, not a promise that the date is free. Our minimum order is 1000 €. For festivals and large events plan 3–6 months, for corporate events and pop-ups 4–6 weeks, for Finland 6–8 weeks. Summer fills up fast — get in touch early.

What is a festival vendor spot and how does it work?

At festivals we operate as an independent street food vendor — we secure a spot on the festival grounds, set up our mobile BBQ kitchen, and sell directly to festival visitors. We're experienced with both small local festivals and large events. We also offer catering partnerships to festival organizers.
